CUSTOM ORDERS AND DEPOSITS

Custom orders are NON REFUNDABLE. 

TURNAROUND TIMES for custom orders vary. We average 4-6 months on custom orders, however certain supply requirements may increase wait times.

Our orders will never exceed 8 months.

Your balance is due before we start your order. We will not start an order until it is paid in full.

 

Each item from us is made by hand in our small studio. What does this mean for you?

 

All items have a varied turnaround. This means any item can have a long turnaround if our books are full. No item will take longer than 8 months turnaround. If you need an item by a certain date, please speak with us prior to your purchase to make sure we can accommodate the timeline. Rush orders are available and start at $250 extra.

 

READY TO SHIP ITEMS

Ready to ship items will be shipped within 3 days of purchase. (Our studio is rurally located, therefore frequent trips to town are not possible.)

 

With every item being handmade from raw materials, no two items are identical.

 

Shipping- All items are issued a tracking number. We are not responsible for any lost packages after they leave our studio. Additional insurance can be purchased upon request. Please check your mailing address prior to checkout. You are responsible for providing the correct address.

Once your item leaves our hands there is little we can do, if your package has been damaged during transit please reach out and we will get it fixed!

 

All items are nonrefundable.
